Client challenges
- Fragmented system landscape: The customer’s disconnected HR, finance, and operations systems resulted in manual processes, delays, and limited visibility into employee and customer data.
- Data integrity issues: Manual processes resulted in errors, duplication, and missed updates, leading to financial discrepancies, delayed reimbursements, and inaccurate PTO and payroll records.
- Boomi platform performance challenges: Unoptimized JVM settings, unmanaged GC logs, and misconfigured thread pools impacted performance. Limited parallelism, poor monitoring, and inconsistent error handling slowed scalability.

Solution
LevelShift implemented a secure, scalable, and high-performance integration framework to unify the customer’s core enterprise systems, including Workday, NetSuite, SAP Concur, and TAP.
Workday-NetSuite
- Integrated Workday and NetSuite using Kafka and the Boomi platform to enable cohesive and efficient data flow.
- Enabled real-time synchronization of Workday General Ledger data with NetSuite journal entries.
- Implemented a change detection mechanism using Amazon S3 to ensure timely and accurate record updates.
Workday-SAP Concur
- Implemented a Boomi-based integration, streamlining data transfer from Workday to SAP Concur.

- Ensured precise delta sync without data corruption for high integrity.
- Added custom logic for Net Hours Calculation and PTO Status Validation to align with TAP system requirements.
Salesforce-TAP and Salesforce-NetSuite
- Integrated Salesforce and NetSuite to streamline smooth flow of information between front-office (sales, marketing, support) and back-office (finance, inventory, fulfilment) operations, enabling:
- End-to-end visibility across customer, order, inventory, and financial data.
