The client needed a comprehensive, integrated platform for streamlined campaign management and donor engagement. They also wanted advanced customization features and a new data model to target their prospects with highly personalized marketing campaigns. Their existing application had many limitations, and meeting technological needs was challenging. LevelShift migrated the client from Pardot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which addressed the client’s scalability needs with advanced features. We optimized and integrated the new data model to enable real-time data sync with the Salesforce system. We also leveraged Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s hyper-personalization tools to help the client run campaigns using content based on prospect behaviour.
