Client challenges
The client struggled with data quality issues across its Oracle source database, staging repository, and DataMart, resulting in inconsistent and unreliable data for reporting. These discrepancies affected the accuracy of SSRS and Power BI reports, limiting the organization’s ability to generate trusted business insights.
The claims process also lacked a mechanism to validate member eligibility at the time of claim submission. As a result, ineligible claims progressed through the settlement process, increasing administrative effort and claims-related costs. In addition, the existing SSRS and Power BI reports offered limited functionality and usability, making it difficult for business users to access meaningful insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
