About the client
Our client is a non-profit organization overseeing and coordinating the United States’ participation in the Olympic and Paralympic Games. They support American athletes in various sports by providing resources, training facilities, and other forms of assistance.

The client had a fragmented system to manage athletes’ and other users’ data and processes. Additionally, their review process was external and completely siloed from their Salesforce system. With this, managing the data was challenging and required much manual work, leading to many errors.
