Recap – Dreamforce 2025: Building the Agentic Enterprise

Dreamforce 2025 marked a defining moment for Salesforce’s vision of the Agentic Enterprise, where humans, data, and AI agents work together in sync. Across sessions and keynotes, the focus was on how Agentforce is maturing into a complete ecosystem, not just for automation, but for transformation.

Main Keynote: Agentforce Takes Center Stage

Marc Benioff, underscored how Agentforce is fueling the Agentic Enterprise. Real customer stories, deep dives into production-grade agent deployments, and hands-on demos drove home the point: Agentforce is the backbone of the next wave of business innovation.

“Every employee can have a personal AI assistant inside Salesforce.” Salesforce highlighted during the keynote, underscoring the human-augmented nature of the platform.

Adding to the excitement, our Directors of Customer Success, Arun Govindan and Athith D’Souza, took charge in showcasing how to be AgentBlazers all across Agentforce City, engaging attendees and bringing fun, inspiration, and a sense of community to the kickoff.

LevelShift – Annual Dreamforce Dinner

We kicked off Dreamforce on the evening of October 14, 2025, with our annual dinner, where peers, Salesforce leaders, and our experts came together over delicious food, engaging discussions about Agentforce, and lively activities—an evening that set the tone for the week ahead.

In the Spotlight – Agentforce 360

The highlight of this year’s announcement was Agentforce 360, a unified platform connecting customers, employees, agents, and operations. The goal: to deliver experiences that are intelligent, contextual, and scalable.

Agentforce 360 introduces four key innovations:

  • Agent Script to define and control agent behavior
  • Agentforce Builder to simplify agent creation and management
  • Intelligent Context to ground every response in data
  • Agentforce Voice to power natural, voice-driven interactions

Agentforce 360 gives organizations full visibility into how agents perform, adapt, and evolve. In a world where AI is everywhere, governance and observability will separate the innovators from the overwhelmed.

The Agentforce 360 Rebrand

Alongside these innovations, Salesforce has reimagined its entire product suite under the Agentforce 360 brand. Every core cloud now carries the Agentforce name, reflecting a unified, AI-driven ecosystem where all products connect seamlessly.

Here’s how the rebranding aligns across the platform, as shown in the image:

Customer Solutions
  • Sales Cloud → Agentforce Sales
  • Service Cloud → Agentforce Service
  • Marketing Cloud & SDR → Agentforce Marketing & SDR
  • Commerce Cloud → Agentforce Commerce
Employee Solutions
  • HR Service Cloud → Agentforce HR Service
  • Slack Integration remains as Slack & Teams, connecting human and AI agents across workspaces.
Operations Solutions
  • IT Service Management → Agentforce IT Service
  • Field Service → Agentforce Field Service
  • Revenue Cloud → Agentforce Revenue Management
  • Supply Chain Management → Agentforce Supply Chain
Agent Layer
  • MuleSoft → MuleSoft Agent Fabric
  • Einstein AI → Agentforce AI, integrating automation and intelligence across workflows.
Data Layer
  • Data Cloud → Data 360, now central to the ecosystem — powered by Agentforce Tableau & CRM Analytics, MuleSoft Anypoint, and Informatica (subject to acquisition).

Together, these renamed products form the Agentforce 360 Platform — a deeply unified, trusted environment that connects every function.

Why Data 360 Is the Brain Behind the Operation

Without trusted context, AI is just automation with blindfolds on,” noted a Salesforce product leader during the sessions.

Formerly known as Data Cloud, Data 360 becomes the contextual “brain” for every agent.
It brings together structured and unstructured data, wraps governance and masking around it, and serves that context to Agentforce. Without this layer, the great promise of agentic AI would simply be hype.

Empowering Developers with Agentforce Vibes

Agentforce Vibes is Salesforce’s AI-assisted development environment. Attendees built a “Red Accounts” component from scratch, using natural-language prompts to generate and debug LWC and Apex code.

Vibes accelerates coding by bridging front-end and back-end creation seamlessly, helping teams build faster while maintaining Salesforce’s architecture standards. The real win lies in how these tools shorten the gap between idea and execution—empowering developers to focus on creativity and performance instead of syntax.

Connected Service through MuleSoft

Another highlight was how MuleSoft continues to bridge data and experience. With 97% of organizations still struggling to build fully integrated customer journeys, MuleSoft showcased how it transforms “any-to-any integration” into “any-to-any actions.”

By connecting Service Cloud with backend systems, teams can trigger workflows, resolve cases, and personalize interactions in real time. For customers, it means faster service and fewer handoffs. For enterprises, it means one step closer to truly connected, AI-driven operations.

Three Shifts That Matter Right Now

  1. From automation to orchestration: Coordinated agents act across systems and teams.
  2. From prompts to context: Contextual intelligence drives relevance, accuracy, and trust.
  3. From data quantity to data trust: Data 360 ensures that AI runs on clean, governed, actionable information, not guesswork.

AgentForce 360 and Data 360 – How Much Does It Cost?

Salesforce has 3 different buying models

  • Prepurchase (The current buying model)
  • Precommit (Commit for a certain number and pay monthly)
  • Pay as you go (No commitment. Pay as you consume)

Salesforce also launched an Agentic Enterprice License Agreement that bundles unlimited AgentForce 360 and Data 360 usage.

What This Means for Your Business

If you’re still wondering whether this is “just another AI buzz”, here’s what to focus on:

  • Start small, scale fast: Identify workflows with high impact and clean data to deploy first.
  • Governance from day one: Script agents, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
  • Invest in your data foundation: Context is the differentiator — without it, AI cannot deliver.

Key Insight: Enterprises that integrate Agentforce 360 with Data 360 now will set the pace for AI-driven operations over the next 3–5 years. Early adopters will not only improve efficiency but build trustworthy, human-aligned AI systems that scale with their business.

Takeaway

Dreamforce 2025 made one thing clear: AI’s next chapter is about integration, reliability, and real business impact.

Agentforce 360 and Data Cloud 360 aren’t just products, they’re Salesforce’s answer to the question every company is asking right now: How do we make AI actually useful?
